Instead of dealing with many suppliers you send all your orders to CES.  We in turn place orders on your chosen suppliers to bring your resources together and make consolidated shipments to the school.  The key benefits are:
  • Throughout the purchasing process you make big savings on both administrative time & cost in dealing with just one point of contact.
  • Larger shipments are more cost effective so you make huge savings on freight and customs clearance charges by making consolidated shipments.
  • For ease of administration you can fragment your school’s order into several smaller orders. Typically this would be by: Budget Code, Department, Teacher or Class.
  • We will package goods separately and invoice them separately for each order. This eases the process of checking in deliveries and assists in distribution of packages around the school.
  • We operate a ‘fast track’ system for urgent orders. However tight your deadline we aim to meet it.
  • All goods passing through our warehouse are unpacked and inspected by our quality control staff to check the accuracy and condition of the goods supplied. We filter out errors before the goods are dispatched.
